According to their supervisor in EXPO, it will be mont' kiara address and mont' kiara signature, sort of "PR1MA mon't kiara" instead of using lame name like Kiara Kasih.
Didn't ask further but he said will be coming very soon, which is true as the approval already in process now. Pinned location as below but nothing is 100% confirmed, just like Brickfield they didn't proceed with Freehold.

it depends on quality of the owners who able to pay maintenance fees consistently and no vandalism.. otherwise it will become flat only...

For UEM Project, u wont have single chance to pick ur own unit. So depend on your luck when u randoming drawing unit from the lottery box smile.gif

After balloting if I am not interested in the unit can I retract my application? If I retract meaning I am no longer able to purchase the condo right?

Is there any chart stating the unit no? Condo facing? Break tank floor etc?
