Why is the progress so slow? I remember going to the ballot 2018 July. Seems like very minimal progress

Yes, I still remember this project launched at the early of 2018. I think as of kepongmas 2, suria pantai, kuchaimas. all those project seems at 70% - 80% already. but this project seems at 15% (parking level). quite slow like hektar.

There is under hard rocks condition which takes more time than expected in piling stage.

TWY is different. Just like Pentamont (border of MK territory) it is still justified as Mont Kiara.

After all, this is based on the docs that submitted to Majlis Perbandaran.

Based on latest info, KK it did not approve as MK. Before this there is strong protest from the MK community too.

More than enough. even 54th floor rumawip who just started pilling, the estimated completion within first quarter 2023.

I think mainly due to the nature of the land itself that they need more time to do the piling.

VP, 5 years! Omg. . I alrealdy died by then.. Walan.. Lucky thr earlier rumWip like wangsamas and enesta kepong just 3 year only. Nowadays developer just want to fulfil quota for rumawip they take their own sweet time to build.

Not just own sweet time, but some basically give the cheapest design, material and lower workmanship... The next rumawip to VP is enesta and the purchaser is already prepared to vomit blood... RM 300k somemore...

At least for Kiara Kasih, the developer UEM Sunrise emphasize on quality and workmanship...

What happen to the enesta kepong? Really that bad?

Enests kepong by thriven wor.. They sell all those lumi tropicana all those high end stuff, they want to spoil reputation by giving lausy thing to enesta kepong despite rumawip?

Selling cheap thing to rumawip is justifiable and it will be more convincing to the high price buyer for paying the premium price.

It won’t spoil they reputation as long as they have quality on their high price condo, what you pay is that you get.

And I believe the facade will be decent too otherwise it will spoil the nice mk view.

Sold out more than a year ady bro.. This is the best rumawip, and fastest selling rumawip/Residensi Wilayah. Took 9 months only sold out.

Some rumawip, after 3 years still selling.
