The empty land in between Kiara Kasih and HTC/jungle was reserved for a big TNB Substation.
Probably the Contractor just paid a small amount to rent the land (parallel to KK) from the Landowner (Tae Jas Holdings & Kiara Anjung ?), flatten it and use it for the next 2 years's construction activities.
What I'm worried is how big of a tnb substation they are going to build on that empty area. Judging from the land size it has, they can build a big tnb substation

But we already know of that possibility when we purchased this project, as this is already made know to the purchasers.
When I asked previously, they told me it's gonna be a small substation although one could argue how small is "small".
there you gotten your answer already bro... if i'm SA... of course tell u its small... its not the size of the substation though... the problem is how many cables will run beside your condo also... additionally already have HTC not too far away also...
