Confirmed only 1 parking for each unit of KK.

Please noted that the 850 Ft2 are included the balcony which is about 30 Ft2.

Our future neighbour 'Impian Villas' was outside the boundary but still carried Mont' Kiara address ? Anyway not that important, at least we knew that KKK is side by side with Mont' Kiara.

The squatter homes at Segambut Dalam will be slowly swallowed by Mont Kiara's upcoming development.

Surely affected.

It was governed by the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757). The Management Corporation may file a summons / claim in a Court / Tribunal for the recovery of the said sum.

Not sure Kiara Kasih will be Segambut address or MK address when it is completing, a lot of different views.

Laman Damaisari (at Bukit Segambut, 600m from NKVE) using @mont' kiara address.
Arte at KL Metropolis (600m from MK boundary) still call themselves Arte Mont Kiara...

I think it is nothing.

This area currently used as Fabrication Yard, Storage and Worker Camp for Kiara Kasih.

The empty land in between Kiara Kasih and HTC/jungle was reserved for a big TNB Substation.

Probably the Contractor just paid a small amount to rent the land (parallel to KK) from the Landowner (Tae Jas Holdings & Kiara Anjung ?), flatten it and use it for the next 2 years's construction activities.

Site Progress of KK today (16 June 2020).

I feel that I am lucky.

The PLUS's patrolling pickup saw me too but just ignored me.

Later I saw the pickup stopped aside before Klang/Sungai Buloh Y Junction, the officer snap photos of the big tyre debris dropped on the middle of the road.
