I think you didn't know much about Mont Kiara. There is big price different between Jalan Kiara, Jalan Kiara 1, Jalan Kiara 2 etc.. And the lowest psf are along jalan segambut. Kiara Kasih located in Segambut, not Mont Kiara. Kiara Kasih surrounded by highway and kampong segambut. That area accessible easily from Segambut part that make the traffic even worst. Kiara Kasih are made as a sound barrier to the other future development. Almost 70% population of MK is foreigner.. I dont think Kiara Kasih will attract any foreigner, maybe low budget foreigner. You should go to the site.

In fact, kondo in Mont Kiara higher price because maintained by top facilities management company, UEM Edgenta. However, General Price in MK now stagnant, maybe will going down soon..

First of all, Kiara Kasih is located at KAMPONG SEGAMBUT DALAM not Mont Kiara.. that's all.. Even property master, Faizul Ridzuan clearly stated that Kiara Kasih is in SEGAMBUT. Kiara Kasih completed in 2024.. After that no transacted until moratorium finished.. Good luck to those who think this segambut area will reach 600-700 psf..

Mont Kiara is first tier area but border segambut area heavily damaged by Segambut. Better Hartamas and Dutamas..

KL sentral and Brickfield is seperated by one road.. but KL Sentral 700-800psf median price, Brickfield 300-400 psf median price.

Why need to worry about CA? Rumawip is not for investment.. Everyone know it is Rumawip, just a upgrade of PPR.. The value will not rise so much.. in fact, no transacted value for 6-7 years due to moratorium.. it will not jump 400K suddenly..

ZURAIDA, OUR NEW HOUSING MINISTER SAID AFFORDABLE HOUSING WILL NO LONGER TO BE SOLD BUT TO BE RENTED BY GOVERNMENT..

GOVERNMENT WILL RENT FOR RM400-500 per month.. Walao.. Those who bought rumawip sure mati wan, cannot compete...

Kiara Kasih is freehold.. 95% of the land in Segambut including MK is Freehold.. Kiara Kasih land is UEM's own land.. not bought from DBKL.
