Many complaint in ws group say 700++ units but only 5 lift..

Ayoo.. 700/5 = 140

140 per lift.. good enough ady..

it looks like this is the most successful mont kiara launch in recent times thumbup.gif

no wonder TWY2 changed their concept to be more affordable. congrats to them for being so clever rclxms.gif

S&P sign: 2018

VP: 2023, straight away give rent...

2027: Moratorium finished.. Sold..

500K profit..

RM500K/(10yearsx12 month) = RM4K per month profit..

Wah this is overly optimistic I think...But no doubt this is a good project indeed, which is why I told my family members to go for it.
