How many units per floor? More than 21 units?

I believe it's 24. 12 facing North (NKVE) and another 12 facing South (Segambut / Mont Kiara).

Typical Floor = 23 Units : 8F = 16 , 20F = 21 & 39F = 15

Looking at the floor plan, can’t seem to find the area to place the A/C compressor. Anyone knows where would it be?

I checked the brochure.. Water Heater Point only 1 no and don't even have Air-Cond Point. That means you have to add on yourself ?

Hmmm, what if I want to do more than 1 air con? 3 rooms + 1 living room = 4 air cons...all put at balcony?

Balcony seems quite narrow to put so many compressors.
I initially didn’t think much about this cause I thought A/C placement would be a standard in a design plan just like how we don’t ask whether does a car have AC haha 😂

Don’t have air cond point for kk, asked the developer they told me that they are considering to add that, but not confirmed

You can install multisplit, one outdoor couple with few indoor aircon, then no need to work about the aircon ledge
