Mine has been approved and waiting for ballot in sept. I heard from the dev only 40+ units left

I don't think that is statistically correct. Last I heard from the previous ballot is that there are still plenty of units left

Still got 300 ++ units left , so dont worry

Go to site , you'll see it. Definitely the htc is not very close to the project.

Is this property worth a buy for own stay taking into consideration the density of it? Haven't stayed in such a high densed place before. Anyone with experience of staying in a High Densed Condo? Please share.
