You can actually see KK from the uem sunrise show gallery across the road. It is located quite high up a slope which makes it easy to spot

in a way, most top 10 developers these days have to show some social responsibility by building these lower cost high volume projects. So UEM Sunrise isn't an exception. Given the circumstances, I'm glad they chose this plot to develop these cheaper apartments. At least it's furthest away from their more premium addresses.
