Bro, u wrote "My email to mcmc 1 month no response now they try closed case I email said tm didn't contact me" so i ask u why email instead of file complaint...and MCMC won't close your report. TM is the one who can close your report. MCMC is just the middle person, so you scold MCMC also useless one.

By the way, TM tried to close my report a few times as well but i keep re-open it, slammed them for not coming to my area to do survey but keep saying no demand here. So, finally they are coming to my area tomorrow to collect demand. Hopefully they will expand UNIFI to my area soon.

At least u get to make then come over. They keep telling me its up to local Penang TM. However local TM won't even talk to me. Last time I went to kedai TM they just given me a phone to call KL. Reason I scold mcmc was they didn't do anything simply closed my mcmc cased stated that TM given satisfied answer to them and to me which wasn't true. KL tm claims penang tm has no interest in expanding unifi over here. So I am screwed. I have been opening cases every 6 months with mcmc with nothing happening. Now they tell me requirement is 70% of apartment block must subscribe to unifi before they consider installing unifi is pure bs. I don't expect anything to be done. I am frankly tired, tried contacting Gobind a few times already they Gobind ppl just simply push my complain to mcmc and nothing happens.

Near FRU. During last AGM. A lot of ppl said they went to Kedai TM to tok to them. Even admin sent ppl to tok to them nothing. However there is an apartment building not far frm us already got unifi. Most apartments there are 15 years old. This isn't a big issue they can just install VDSL at least ppl can get 30mb speed. Right now not even 8mb since whole area is far away from DSLaM.

They already told me I need 70% ppl to agree to sign up unifi. I doubt we have that many will want unifi or streamyx. That is crazy figure that KL TM telling me.

I think the 2,4,8 mbps at same pricing won't break laws if the that's what the maximum infrastructure supports. Though I don't know how difficult it is for them to upgrade the max Streamyx speed to 8mbps.

Max infrastructure at that speed, that's their excuse.

That's always been their excuse (e.g. difference between UNIFI and STREAMYX users), additional cost to lay down the infrastructure. That's why my question is how much cost to upgrade all STREAMYX INFRASTRUCTURE max speed to 8MBPS from whatever it is now.
