Discrimination is always there but, this promo brought out many disgruntled customers who have been short-changed n they are venting their anger on TM enmass. When this issue blows up n catch attention, hopefully TM will come out with better n fairer offer. Btw r u a beneficiary of TM?

Discrimination is always there. imagine paying RM160 for 8mb streamyx, while your UniFi peers pay RM179 for 30mb, soon to upgrade to 50mb for free. Not to mention the RM88 for 4mb, which many people are still paying more.
Seriously with this lousy connection, rm20 for 1mb is enough.

they are upgrading the people with very high speed. upgrade to 30, 50, 100mb. do you need that fast.

They should upgrade the lower speed at least they can feel the difference. More kampung people use low speed. If get the speed boost, they will become much more efficient or productive

Wrong, the speed upgrade is TM OBLIGATION.
There is no take it or leave it.
And no, speed upgrade IS NOT A PRESENT, it is stipulated in the government budget 2017 and TM had received funding for such purpose from government.

Tarik balik lagi bagus. The offer sucks anyway, so nothing to be proud of. RM10 rebate for subscribing webe? free hypp tv? GemFive vouchers? no use.

I also want to know. Really not fair their pricing. Should offer to everyone same pricing.

4Mbps = RM 140, 130, 120, 88

RM88 here ----> but I still want my speed upgrade.

Some get 140 for 8mpbs, some can get even cheaper,
some paid 120 / 130 for 4mbps
