How can u survive with that speed

why unifi is not available on penang for most of the place? my place is georgetown and until now still no unifi and using streamyx 8m which kinda slow damn tm

A new package? Most likely tie in with other things. No change in speed nor price.

That's what the TM person said over the phone earlier today. Now still at 1mbps and they haven't updated anything on CFM website. I will check again tomorrow, hopefully it is true

Yeah now it's 4mbps. I guess now i can watch SD stream without buffering lulz.Btw anyone know how to check the next bill online?

Guy, I also complaint about the internal wiring for the streamyx, charge extremely high RM 150.

1st Case - Internet connections OK. Fixed line has issues, error voice unable to dial outgoing call. So call TM (100) to describe and help me check for it.

2nd case -  Solve the problem but MORE WORST. Internet + Fixed Line all down.. Again, call TM (100) to describe this happening getting more worst totally not connections.

They suspect there is a problem of cable faulty, then they mentioned ONE-TIME charge borne to customers. (But I don't believe the cable has faulty, coz did not raining or thunder)

The next day, the TM contractor visit to my house, seems like uncare habit, just observe the modern and TM Fixed Line totally not connections at all. Then they say is your internal cable faulty already. (But I check my cable there is no torn or damaged at all one).

Charge me RM 150 for internal wiring.. (P.S I'm using Streamyx package, not Unifi package)..

Due to I'm students, no budget to pay so high, wish to nego a bit.. If RM 50 acceptable.. TM contractor says "Never mind la.. Once you have that budget, you call back TM 100.." But the monthly bill I still need to pay even through totally no connections...

After nego, still more than RM100, but slightly reduce RM 30, turn RM 120 settle internal wiring. Due to no connections within 3 or 4 days, I have rushing my school assignment. No choice, ask them to do...

But I found from website eventually not so high cause around RM100. Max RM70+ a bit can settle the problem... I am seriously not satisfaction, macam tipu customers, write CFM and SKMM and TM HQ shoot about like this...
Any suggestions or any idea around the cost of internal wiring?

Telephone poles just installed at my house taman aftet waiting for 3 years.
But now i am very comfortable with using digi broadband. Speed is 4G LTE but with 30+30gb quota monthly at rm145.
Should i just take streamyx 8mbps or what?

if my area max capacity is 4Mbps but has unifi coverage...does that mean i get free upgrade from 4Mbps to unifi 30Mbps ?

Yea I agree. What happens to current 8mbps subscribers that ain't getting Unifi anytime soon? Please don't tell me free Hypptv packages. Please don't.
