loged the complaint 2 days ago. today received the email saying : 0117-01-0001918-TM: Complaint Assigned Is this a good sign?
Anyone know any media Sinchew? The star? Sun? NST? we should let them to report about this issue.
One package few prices, TM u really think we are stupid?

Say you didn't know that was the price and the agent did not tell you. Why others pay less for the same package etc etc. It really is not fair that users get different prices for same packages.
