hi all,
i'm trying to increase the distance i'm running but I have some issues. 1. I tend to feel hungry after running about 20 mins to 30 mins. even if I snack about 20 or 30 mins before my run by having granola with fresh milk, about a cup... how do I fix this issue? 2. sometimes when i'm hungry also I tend to feel my eyes start to see black color so I guess is it because i'm not eating enough? i'm in the overweight region..... so far usually I can run only 30 mins to 40 mins... before those issue above kicks in... appreciate any help here..and inputs... thank you! |

I believe you are quite skinny ?No intense activity before running... I maybe wrong about you, but skinny ppl tend to have high metabolism, and they will get hungry easy |

I have a dead serious question here. I do run 8km each session for 3 times a week, on and off for 2 years now, my pace has always been 7-8km/h. My question is how can I achieve 20km? My best distance is 13km.
