Install xox app and link their no. with xox app. Lots of functions in xox apps.

THIS is very sad and bad for XOX. and, myself wana add that their customer service (via email) is really really bad.

cant comment on the call Centre because I don't call-in from overseas (No Point).

their call in customer service in term of engaging to solve user problem are pathetic..favorite word..we will check ... and no zero zilch follow up with customer.. and customer care feedback through email uses canned answers...i provide them with all the necessary info for them to check still all seem blur...

What customer service can do is :

1) Answer enquiries.

2) Activate/deactivate services something like roaming,barred lines for lost phones,terminate lines and so on.

3) Receive reports/complains.

3) Help to settled small problems which they are authorised.

As you know there's many problems rises recently due to their management/system loopholes and suffered losses due to the so called "illegitimate transactions"

and "illegitimate sources" ,

reports/complains regarding credit refunds will take more times and lies on their technical department or management to approved.

which one to stop auto renewal?

First one is end recurring, but still continue the plan until end of the time.

Second is immediately terminated the plan and cannot use the plan anymore.

when they say "we will check" , you must get a report number from them. they cant run away if u file a report. If they dont give u report number,tell them u need it to file a complain to mcmc. Be a smart consumer.

if activate 10gb fat10 from season pass,
can use until credit expired or valid for 1 month?
or same as non redeemed season pass, can use until credit expired?

onexox black can carry forward balance sms/call/data, onexox prepaid also same?

As far as i understand, if you active(take out from season pass) 10GB, it will valid for 30 days only. Only those data in season pass can carry forwards.

Think of the season pass as your savings bank account. Inside this bank account have so-and-so GB of data, which you will have and the amount inside will carry forward until whenever it is that your line is active/valid.

Now, if you wish, you can 'withdraw' a certain amount of data from that season pass bank account. This is called 'activating' it. Say you withdraw or activate 1GB. That amount will be deducted from the total in your season pass bank account, and you can only use that 1GB that you withdrew within 30 days. After that, it's gone.

Yes,this is correct.

Onexox Black is plan with monthly commitment and all balance will carried forward to the following months.

Onexox prepaid is plan without monthly commitment and ONLY balance in the SEASON PASS will be carried forward till your validity expired.

All data activated from the season pass will valid for 30 days only.

I wana get advise on using xox prepaid as my car gps tracker.

1) anyone have similar experience of using the same? I wana use xox probably due to its long 28 months validity. Save cost.

2) If yes,how about using the car gps tracker overseas? Like in Singapore for example. Is it possible??

Unifi Mobile has split data 4g only/4g & 3g, make sure the gps tracker has which network support, if 2g buy basic data instead

Onexox is second in recommendations, but gps use little data, you will be wasting 500mb per month

Not sure which app you use, old one or new one? If the old one, just go to my account and you will see your account detail

Second, did you already purchased sp fat10? If yes, data should have been credited. If not, then you need to follow instructions in few ages back. But be reminded that the 10gb data is auto activated and another 10gb is stored in season pass. If you don't need 10gb per month it is quite wasteful, perhaps you should purchase 10gb + 333min and sell the min to others for... Rm25.50?
