Maybe it's like the bank's red flag fraud prevention .... someone complaint to me before his bank account kena suspend bcoz too many transactions ... he have to go to branch office to explain and get the suspension lifted ...

There are always two sides to a coin. We only see what we can see from this side. We can't see what the other side can see. It seems sad and unfortunate for an innocent user to get suspended but unfortunately all telcos can apparently suspend a number that gets into their suspicious activity radar ... I am lazy to read TnC but its usually in there somewhere ...

In a previous post, someone mentioned nearly 1K account was suspended? I guess this is like AMLA .... suspend the acoount so that the balance stays there and not diverted elsewhere ... only after its cleared then lift suspension ... aiseh ... that's how the law also works la ....

Since I believe that you are a dealer then maybe you can better help your user by approaching your AD or MD for their opinion/assistance and also maybe by making a case statement with all relevant info and submit to CS to speed things up ...Good luck in helping your user out .

so the share data feature is for what? user try to sell unused or excessive data also consider as illegal? How the hell the user knows the data is illegal?? if the company cant control then just remove the share data feature instead of block or suspending their user. Stop taking advantages on user just because of your own system's loopholes.

Can use app, go under "data subscription" to withdraw. Ignore the RM xx, you don't need to pay for it if you still have data kept in Season Pass.

Sorry, not familiar with car tracker. Is a normal phone no.?
As far as I understand, minutes and SMS do not require redemption.

6. Once I have purchased MINUTES or SMS when will the consumption period begin?
The consumption period will begin immediately upon successful purchase and subscription of Season Pass and right upon your next voice call or outgoing text message (LOCAL ONLY).

NOTE: IDD will be as normal pay-per-use consumption via normal airtime deduction.

Hi,the free 150 sms given monthly x 12 month = 1800 sms are free within same telco (Onexox/Xox)

Unless you have sms in your season pass or you'll be charged for every sms send to others telco.

my parent use onexox in oppo r7 plus
cannot use data from season pass but can use internet data from normal purchase confused.gif
already reset phone, set apn still cannot use doh.gif

To stop auto renew data plan, send sms DATA AR OFF to 22111 or 23388 each time after you activate data plan.

Yes, Season Pass follows the validity of your credit I.e. 28 months but each withdrawal has its own validity. Check out the app > Data Subscription.
