I'm maxis user but would like to MNP to OneXOX black cuz my new house maxis coverage so bad, but onexox coverage is slightly better.

What should I do, as like dont know where should I go to do this MNP.

Hi,you can join the "Soal Jawab Onexox" group chat in Facebook to find your nearest Onexox dealer to do the MNP for you face to face.

He/she will follow up your case and give advise if there's a problem.

Hi,for MNP you get 28 months validity automatically.

There's 4 welcome deals to choose which are available to new Onexox users within 10 days of activation.

You just need to top up RM50 and send sms SP FAT10M to 22111/23388 to get 10GB + 333 min at RM50 only.

You can purchase HAPPY HOURS promo before your data runs out which all data,min and sms in HAPPY HOURS promo purchased will be credited into season pass.

You need to subscribe a data plan (Valid for 30 days) from your season pass to go online.

understand that when I mnp to XoX prepaid, the line validity is automatically 28mth... but after 28mth, does it require top up, like Hotlink, Digi etc.. to get additional validity period? e,g. topup RM1 to have 1 day validity?

Hi,FYI every RM1 top up will extend 1 day validity to your expiry date, i.e. : RM30 top up = 28 months + 30 days = 29 months

Others telco won't extend validity to expiry date where as Onexox prepaid did.

If no top up are being made and expired after 28 months,you can purchase validity as per attachment below.

You need to MNP when her line is still active, if validity finishes that means her line is in passive mode and MNP will be rejected. So do it few days before it ends.

Does purchase of a 12 month validity start from the day you buy it or does it extend from your expiry date. I know Digi one year starts from the day you buy so I have to wait for the last minute to apply. I hope XOX is more user freindly and extend for the expiry date.

Hi,if you purchase 12 months validity before your line expired,it will extend from your expiry date.

and if you purchase after your expiry date(Passive line),it will start from the date you purchased.

So you can purchase 1 year or 2 years validity in advanced to extend your validity.

Some user even have their validity extended to 5 years for their SPECIAL phone NUMBERS.

There are pros and cons to any plan.

Onexox sms are filtered to prevent premium sms content. A couple of years ago many valid 5 digit banking / tac sms was blocked. You have to lodge a report to get them white listed. Now, the situation is much better and most of the tac complaints comes from newly mnp numbers. So, I guess it depends on luck. Most of those around me who mnp to onexox didnt have tac problems except a couple which already resolved long ago.

I myself encountered delayed sms once in a while ... sometimes between 3-5 minutes and on rare occasions after 30 minutes ... but then, the same also happened to my xpax number ... maybe its just sms gateway congestion ...

Data speed is similarly good for both my onexox and xpax numbers in my area.

I agreed to cheap and long-lasting but.........yeah....all telcos did have their pros and cons.

Until today there's still a lots of Onexox users can't receive TAC for BOOST app.

As for the data speed,honestly speaking.......it depends on the area/coverage, you have to try it yourself.

For my area.....sometimes the data speed goes up to 30MBps and sometimes down to 1MBps,luckily i have alternatif simcard/line.

Hope you will post your feedback on the data speed at your area/coverage.

This is True.
Before going into XOX, you have to know the Celcom's coverage in your area, or the areas you intended to use it.
As XOX is 'tumpang' Celcom's line., if you know what I mean.

For me, reason to have the XOX is I'm overseas....and use mainly in Sarawak (as Celcom has the best/most/widest coverage in this state IMHO).
The added bonus is their Data internet is above the standard in Sarawak, generally.

Well, this is purely personal views based on my own experiences.

i just bought a number and wish to mnp to xox for the long validity. can i mnp now or have to wait 3 month stay with umobile?
