i had been scammed by XOX...i had been their loyal user since 2015...and been buying the season pass for data and calls minutes and now after had purchase considerable amount of minutes and data in my season pass they accused me of misuse their services and suspended my phone account..and after complaint to their service care nothing had been done and its up to their management to suspend or not....and now they tell me that i had never purchase any season pass data whatsover....after complaint raise to MCMC only some action been taken but my phone no is still suspended....its been 3 weeks still nothing
constructive happens and still i cant use my phone number...so users please beware.... |

all this while i had been buying from the season pass promo and accumulated about 1600 minutes of call time and more than 200GB of unused data still in season pass...yet they suspended my account on charges of suspicious activities...its all for personal consumption...thats really pissed me off....and they do not give me any proof just assumption...after i had spend cash now they dont want to honour their obligation to customer.

their call in customer service in term of engaging to solve user problem are pathetic..favorite word..we will check ... and no zero zilch follow up with customer.. and customer care feedback through email uses canned answers...i provide them with all the necessary info for them to check still all seem blur...
