Dumb company with its stupidity action.

This happens when you purchased large batches and sold to others in short period of times.

If you purchase from their official website/Happy Hours promo and for self usage,your account won't get suspended.

It seems that Onexox want their users to purchase for self use only,if you transfer/share to others frequently,your account maybe suspended,

something like Purchase HAPPY HOURS 13GB @ RM50 and sell 10GB @ RM50 or sell 5GB @ RM30 to others users.

Which means........ if you're trying to get profits.......... whistling.gif

Future onexox users advisable to get the simcard from dealer who can do the registration, follow up & assist for any problem


also please purchase season pass from official channel instead of from shoppee / other online shop

This is incorrect assumption(s). As long as you purchase your season pass from legitimate sources then there is no cause to worry. The restriction in-place all this while is a maximum of 3 transfers per day.

The issue is that the season pass being sold and bought is considered stolen property. The law protects the owner(s) of the property, not buyer(s) of stolen property.

There is a saying in the legal circle : "Fruit from a poisonous tree is poisonous".

If you bought happy hour season pass all this while from official channel then you are unlikely to get suspended for transferring multiple times.

So, if you get your data from legitimate sources then there's nothing to fear. If you have been dealing with data from illegitimate sources then you will get suspended.

Maybe you never met users who really purchased HAPPY HOURS (legitimate sources) and then transfer out and get suspended,did you ?

User bought HAPPY HOURS : 13GB for RM50 and transfer out 10GB for RM50 in order to get the "free data" (the balance 3GB)

I personally help user to top up and purchase HAPPY HOURS (legitimate sources) and then help them to transfer out to others users and bingo ! Get suspended !

I help them so they can use the 3GB data which are considered free for them to use and they also get validity extended beside saving money.

FYI, I help low income user to get this "free data" already going for almost 1 year,just to get some free data not BIG MONEY.

When I call customer service on behalf of the user,Onexox customer service say they will investigate the matter.

They should first investigate and then suspend the involved acc NOT suspend and investigate later.

Whether my assumption is correct or incorrect,only the one who innocently get suspended and get cleared later knows.

Maybe there's many users who purchase from illegitimate sources but action must be taken only after confirmed the wrong doings ?

What will the users going to do with the suspended acc pending investigation ? Buy another simpack for temporary use ?

Will they compensate users after the suspended acc are cleared of wrong doing ?

all this while i had been buying from the season pass promo and accumulated about 1600 minutes of call time and more than 200GB of unused data still in season pass...yet they suspended my account on charges of suspicious activities...its all for personal consumption...thats really pissed me off....and they do not give me any proof just assumption...after i had spend cash now they dont want to honour their obligation to customer.

it is almost 2 months now since I joined XOX on 2nd July 2019. I wonder how much cash you've spend for those 1600 minutes & 200GB data confused.gif

Hmmm .... a simple calculation could be at least rm900 spent to get the 200GB data + minutes. ...

Fortunately, no one around me got suspended for buying lotsa season pass ... and I did told them to never delete those season pass sms as proof of purchase.

Funny thing is many people around me seems to be having 100GB+ season pass nowadays ... a cousin of mine have 140GB+ b'coz of itchy finger cannot tahan buying happy hour and still want to buy some more ... fortunately my itchy finger no longer itchy like last time .... biggrin.gif ... only keep what I need ...

I also don't face any issue buying birthday bonus data and off loading it to the "needy" ones .... these kids really know how suck those data dry in no time ....

Sucks. I will not ask anyone to join XOX or make it as their primary line. If this ever happens to me, I will complain to MCMC.

Previously every each Onexox numbers can purchase 2 HAPPY HOURS per promo until recently the issue about season pass purchased from illegitimate sources rise,

now one number can only purchase 1 HAPPY HOURS per promo.

Actually we don't need to keep the sms as proof,all transactions are in their system.

Something like your credit in prepaid acc suddenly gone and you make report,they investigate and refund your credit.

In fact in this modern high technology era,they should know the users/dealers involved,

but why some innocent users get suspended ?

Haste action to suspend and investigate later and then resume the acc after clearance ?

Yes,Onexox have 3 in 1 simcard.

It is recommended to find a dealer to do registration or port in and get simcard on the spot,

and they will help and follow up if something goes wrong in the process.

The only thing you can do is to wait for them to investigate and resume you acc or you can report to MCMC.
