I would like to advise all onexox customers to take precautions from buying defrauded season pass. There are two type of online defrauders selling onexox season pass.

1. Defrauders selling non-existent season pass. Buyers pay but receives nothing. Buyers beware for you're totally on your own (ie. police report + your own follow-ups).

2. Defrauders selling valid season pass defrauded from onexox. This is where onexox steps in.

There were fraudsters who registered as dealers and proceeded to defraud onexox by buying happy hour season pass multiple times using multiple accounts. The data was bought without actually paying for it and they were selling these online dirt cheap.

Hundreds of accounts (nearly 1K actually) was suspended upon discovery of the scheme, involving sellers and buyers. The sellers accounts (including dealers directly involved) were terminated. The buyers accounts was further investigated to determine between legitimate season pass and illegitimate (defrauded) season pass. Apparently many of the buyers accounts have been re-activated but blacklisted and barred from doing any season pass transfers.

Dealer registrations was tighten-up and a more stringent vetting implemented.

Those defrauded season pass are considered stolen property. So, if the season pass offer is too good to be true then it probably is. Avoid getting blacklisted for buying illegitimate season pass.

If they are able to purchase season pass without actually paying for it, doesn't it means there's a serious breach on XOX system?

Question:
1. IF I temporary dont want to use my data(for any reason), is it possible to let 10GB rollover and over until I activate it?

hi i'm planing to switch celcom prepaid to xox , may i know which xox plan should i switch, since my prepaid is alternative number ,less call ,less sms, just internet sometimes. i'm looking for less reload and validity period is longer

I'm on eSIM B59e plan and have another 2 XOX prepaid numbers under my son and daughter. Let say I share 1GB data to each of them, the data will be stored as season pass? Do they need to subscribe a data plan to utilise the shared data?

Say if I go for the regular prepaid, do I have to pick a welcome bonus when I sign up & pay? Can't I just pay RM10 to get the sim without choosing a welcome bonus & then buy welcome bonus/data plan later?

Which plan is best for me? Should I go for Black? My use for this number will be mainly for data, no sms/call. Usage on and off during the week, not everyday. Around 1-2GB per day normal usage, but sometime can spike to 3GB per day.

Currently using Celcom XPAX. While the speed and coverage is great, but the short validity sucks. Need to topup constantly to keep my sim active, even if I might not be using it all the time.

Hi,in order to get the Onexox prepaid 28 months validity,you need to either :

1) Purchase any welcome deal within 10 days of registration of your new simpack  OR

2) Top up a total of RM50 within 30 days of registration of your simpack  OR

3) Port in/MNP from other telco

If for use data only,Onexox prepaid are more suitable for you because you can subscribe data plan according to your usage.

Every data plan you activate from Season Pass will valid for 30 days and the remaining unactivate data in your Season Pass will be kept until your line expired.

If you use 1-3 gb per day, and cheapest rate for 1gb data is rm3, that is rm3-9 per day. Datawise, xox is really expensive for heavy user like you. Most people use it for calls and light usage. Calculate yourself average of data usage per month, and if it is over rm30 consider other unlimited plan.

Hi , i just mnp to xox , my validity is 28 months and i just bought 10G data and off auto renew , i normally use 2gb per month , my data will bring forward till it finished ?

i had been scammed by XOX...i had been their loyal user since 2015...and been buying the season pass for data and calls minutes and now after had purchase considerable amount of minutes and data in my season pass they accused me of misuse their services and suspended my phone account..and after complaint to their service care nothing had been done and its up to their management to suspend or not....and now they tell me that i had never purchase any season pass data whatsover....after complaint raise to MCMC only some action been taken but my phone no is still suspended....its been 3 weeks still nothing
constructive happens and still i cant use my phone number...so users please beware....
