New to XOX here .. had been study for sometime and was checking on the plan to see which is best suit to my situation. I am planning to port to XOX with my wife, we are under low usage of phone and i need to use around 1 GB of data each month. Was thinking of taking the prepaid plan. So that is where the Main account and dedicated account come into picture ?

1) I can maintain my wife account ?
2) We can both consume the same subscribed season pass ?
3) If let said i subscribe to a 50GB season pass and enroll to the 1GB FAT plan, it will auto-renew (deduct 1GB from season pass every month) ?
4) Will the unused data from the current month be carry forward to next month when it get renew ?
5) How long will the validity extend for each topup ?

Hi,there's different call/sms rates between DA acc and MA acc as attachment below.

1) Yes,you can maintain your wife's number by port in.

2) No,cause your Onexox and your wife's Onexox account will be a separate prepaid account and separate Season Pass
but can transfer data,sms and minutes with RM0.50 transfer fee between the two of you or to any Onexox prepaid.

3) Yes,Onexox prepaid will auto renewed data plan according to the latest data plan you subscribe upon 30 days.

4) NO for Onexox prepaid and YES for Onexox BLACK plan.

5) Onexox prepaid : For every RM1 top up,you'll get 1 day extended validity to your prepaid expiry date.

Thanks for the explanation. Actually i don't quite understand how is the DA and MA account work. If i subscribed to prepaid plan and i top up, i saw that it will go to the DA and MA account. Is both this account also under my name ? What is the purpose of splitting the DA and MA account ? Just to make sure we top up RM50 each time in order that all money will go to the DA account instead of MA account ?

If there's no more minutes/sms in Season Pass,

the usage for calls/sms will deduct credit in DA acc first which is cheaper and then MA acc if credit in DA acc runs out.

When you purchase HAPPY HOURS promo or any Season Pass,

it will deducted credit in MA acc first and then DA if you don't have sufficient credit in MA acc.

I don't have the answer about the purpose of splitting the credit into DA and MA acc.

One thing for sure is that it doesn't have any effect on me when top up and purchase HAPPY HOURS promo or Season Pass.

I don't have good memory, but from what I remember, If you have no season.pass for minutes , then DA and MA will matter. Because whatever calls you make will directly deduct from DA balance first (lower call rates) then only MA. So it's better to have your balance in DA rather than MA.

Received a message this morning. " Your account has no available credit. Please recharge to avoid service interruption"
I have RM 24.00 in DA account. RM10 in wallet and 18GB in season pass. Validity is May 2020 and entitled data ends on 29/7/2019 with 352MB unused.

Can somebody explain why I am getting this message. On top of that my internet stopped working.

May be your MA acc have no credit and the sms is just a reminder.

As for the internet stop working,find a nearest dealer to check for you or you may try to restart your handset.

Hello everyone,

I would like to advise all onexox customers to take precautions from buying defrauded season pass. There are two type of online defrauders selling onexox season pass.

1. Defrauders selling non-existent season pass. Buyers pay but receives nothing. Buyers beware for you're totally on your own (ie. police report + your own follow-ups).

2. Defrauders selling valid season pass defrauded from onexox. This is where onexox steps in.

There were fraudsters who registered as dealers and proceeded to defraud onexox by buying happy hour season pass multiple times using multiple accounts. The data was bought without actually paying for it and they were selling these online dirt cheap.

Hundreds of accounts (nearly 1K actually) was suspended upon discovery of the scheme, involving sellers and buyers. The sellers accounts (including dealers directly involved) were terminated. The buyers accounts was further investigated to determine between legitimate season pass and illegitimate (defrauded) season pass. Apparently many of the buyers accounts have been re-activated but blacklisted and barred from doing any season pass transfers.

Dealer registrations was tighten-up and a more stringent vetting implemented.

Those defrauded season pass are considered stolen property. So, if the season pass offer is too good to be true then it probably is. Avoid getting blacklisted for buying illegitimate season pass.

MyXOX app, selfcare portal,*150# and sms code can't subscribe data plan at this moment,please call Onexox customer service at 12273 for enquiry.
