Has been a month since the last complain, and I found out that its really they charged the SMS Roaming on my Maybank TAC received - RM2 for 1 TAC (?!) wth.

its in my billing statement. Just it did not mentioning a Roaming SMS sent or Received.

1) so, i resent another email to XOX CS, and cc to Aduan CFM this time. because last time, when I cc to Aduan CFM, it was resolved. At least, daily can email to Aduan CFM until im not so free to do so.

2) i know its small amount to claim refund, to some. but, for me, its about the principle - IF I used, I would pay, BUT if i didnt, I wont....even 5 cents


I have no personal hatred against XOX, but sharing my own experience dealing with their CS.

I agree with you,it's matter of principal.

But sometimes it's really tiring to call and call again,the same answer after weeks/months are still pending investigation confused.gif

And if you don't follow up your case,then it's gone forever. cry.gif

Ya, thank for ur understanding.

Well, you know what, - after NOT replying me for two weeks,then this morning, i CC the email to Aduan CFM, got dingdong replies from them (like 4-5 emails), and I have pressurised them to committ to settle the case by this week. Lol.

I know how to do it in future liau

I subscribed to FAT500 from season pass and let it renew monthly, say it is expiring on every 15th of the month. Before 15th, I ran out of data, say on the 10th and I subscribe additional data from season pass 500mb on that day. Question:
1) will the data I add on 10th auto renew as well in the following month?
2) Will the auto renew on 15th continue?
3) what is the minimum data to subscribe so that it will be deducted from season pass?
4) how do we know the additional data subscribed is daily or weekly or monthly?

1. If add-on then it still renew on the coming 15th (not the following 10th) and any balance forfeited.
2. Yes.
3. Any weekly or monthly plans deducts from season pass. Smallest is 500mb monthly plan. Add-ons also gets taken from season pass.
4. Add-on adds to current plan and expire as per original subscription date.

Hi,if your FAT500 data expired on 15th and you runs out of data on 10th,my advice to you is to subscribe a new FAT500 which valid to 10th next month(30 days)

but if you subscribe ADD ON data,this ADD ON data will expired on the same date of your last FAT500 @ 15th.

Answer to you question :

1) If ADD ON data,it will auto renewed on 15th same date as the last FAT500 expiring date.

2) Yes, will auto renewed on 15th unless you subscribe to new data plan.

3) The minimum data you can subscribe from season pass is FAT500 @ 512MB and the minimum ADD ON data is 100MB

4) ADD ON data will follow your last data plan expired date,for new data plan subscription from season pass see the attachment below for daily,weekly and monthly

renewal data plan.(The price shown will be charged if there's no more data in season pass)

My suggestion is make a new fat500 subscription everytime you ran out of data, but that changes the renew dates too

Why do they suggest us to Add On instead of subscribe new FAT500 when it is indeed better option? Both also deduct from season pass but new subscription more beneficial

These sms is automatically send as reminder when your usage has reached 80% and you may add data to avoid interruption before continuing with the remaining

data.

The data and minutes in season pass are for used in MALAYSIA only not for overseas.

Roaming data are charged at RM38 (500MB) per day.Roaming data charges : https://xox.com.my/xox-data-roaming

As for roaming voice call rates,please call Onexox customer service for info.
