How does the User get user works? If me and my mum both want to MNP from Digi to XOX, can I be her referral, while we MNP together?

and can I purchase the SP50+ straight after MNP and transfer partial of the Data and Voice call to my mother? or like Digi, can only transfer credit after 3 months ?

Need to MNP your number first, after successful then can MNP your mum number with yours as referral (User get user). So every time your mum topup, you will get partial credit.

Yes, can purchase and transfer straight away after both MNP succesful.

To be a UGU referral, you must already have an existing onexox number and perform the UGU registration with any ONEXOX dealer.

In your case, you will have to complete the mnp to ONEXOX first and become her referral when she starts her mnp the next day.

After mnp process is successful, you can purchase any available season pass and share it immediately to any ONEXOX number.

Where do I check the season pass data? I just MNP and bought the FAT10 through XOX app but it only shows that I have 10GB active data and it expires in 1 month. I'm using on ipad so cannot sms.

Your season Pass data balance is unactivated so can carry forward until validity date. But if you want to use data every month, must activate what you require (min 500 mb). This active data will be deducted from your season pass balance.

Plus just got some extra/free Data/Airtime/sms, otherwise operate same way as previous Season Pass.

I have activated auto renew data 500mb for 30 days. However I used up 500mb data in 15 days. Can I activate another 500mb data after the 15th day? The 30 days period starts from the 15th day and the date keeps on rolling forward for each subsequent activation renewal, right? What if I now want to activate 1gb for 30 days, do I have to stop auto renewal of 500mb first?

From what I make out, the 'carry forward' thing just some sort of marketing strategy, to attract new subscribers. For us current users, it is actually the same as the unactivated Season Pass data balance or bucket like you said.

Yes, you can activate a new data plan if your existing quota finishes midway. You can simply subscribe to any of the monthly data plan (to override the old one) and starts with a new 30 days cycle.

Anyone using XOX line has any problem to receive Bank or Credit card's TAC?

I am thinking to MNP to XOX, but saw there is a post on XOX line that the TAC will come 1-2 hours later for Credit card payment.

No, the remaining 300MB data will be forfeited.

Season Pass Plus quota works exactly the same way as any other season pass subscription. The only difference is that the subscription will be renewed every 30 days plus freebies. Just ignore the tagline "carry forward" as it actually refers season pass balances.
