Is the iMessage/Facetime still a problem with Onexox? Since few days ago still can't register.

If I'm not mistaken xox charge for imessage, so you may need to ask them on this.

Or may be you have insufficient credit balance.

They deducted my credits for few Ringgits already since few days ago.
Imessage keep try and try and that cost me 50 cents every time.

Alright sadly yes, xox did charge for imessage. Not too sure what's their solution on this.

From us, one thing we can do is temporarily disable imessage until it got resolved.

Not sure if others have this issue resolved or not.

Called their CS said try again after 30 minutes, that's at 8pm just now. Did try, still the same and they said to call them again to check.
Will call tomorrow.

Because the 512MB is still stored in season pass. Purchase a data plan from the season pass balance to utilize it.

You're sure you're subscribed to 500MB monthly plan or was it 5GB monthly plan ?

Maybe it was 5GB monthly plan and set to limit 512MB per month in the phone ?

(uneducated guess: spfat10 = 10gb 1st month, 5gb 2nd month and 5gb 3rd month = 512mb balance)

As usual, the correct answer would be to call CS at 12273 and check your previous subscription history .....

When you first subscribed FAT10 , you got 10GB data in your Season Pass (unactivated) 28mths validity. You also got FREE 10GB Activated data (30 days) as a one time welcome gift.

It is the activated data that is finished.

If you want to use more data, then just activate part of the Season Pass 11264 mb (unactivated) Balance . You can activate bit by bit (min 500 mb) for 1 mth usage, so that you only use what you need for 1 mth, no waste. If finish before 1 mth, just activate another portion. The remaining balance in your season pass will still carry forward until the expiry date of your 28mth validity.

You can activate using diff method, one of them using the *150# from your dialer.

You may try to exchange the sim to both phone? Tunetalk to N8 and XOX to IP8?
