1. should I send <Data ar off> now? if i do that, the 10000mb will just disappear straight away?
2. if i were to activate 500mb/30days data later on, i finished use 500mb within 30days, can i just activate a new 500mb straight away or i need to wait for 30days to finish? (so my seasonpass balance = 10.5gb?)
3. since i bought sp fatvoice and sp fat10 already, if i were to buy sp fat5, what will happen?
4. since i reload rm105 already, why didnt my expiry date extend to +105 days?

Hi, I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but based on my search i think it hasn't.

So I recently acquired a UMobile number around mid Septmember, but decided to change to another celcom-based telco since the reception here is Pekan Pahang is pitiful indoors. I did not reload more than rm30 so the line is not active and currently is in its grace period.

1. So do I need to reload again to my umobile number before proceeding with MNP to XOX (i.e. line is active and can make calls)?

2. If the MNP is unsuccessful, let say I am unaware there is  minimum period of 1 month or so that I have to stick with UMobile, will my MNP fee be forfeited and I need to pay again for the next attempt?

Hi, I'm curious to know how much Onexxo cost for 3 minutes voice call to other network? I know the cost for the FIRST minute is 9 cent but aboit the rate for the subsequent minute? Is still 9 cent per minute?

Hi guys. I just ported to XOX prepaid. Is there a need to top-up once i successfully activated the account?

I checked my validity in the xox app and it says December 2020 which is 28 months as promised. But there is a guy from a phone shop told me that i need to top up within a week or the number will get canceled. Is this just some old/outdated policy?

1) what is the MAX amount of Voice & SMS you can transfer/share with another XOX Number?
There is some limits, right?

2) Auto Data recurring, after the period of subscribed has finished (e.g. 30 days). Do you have to stop the Data Recurring every single time you transferred & used the data from your SP? or only Once(whole Life)?

For example, I have data usage in April, and I stopped the Recurring Data.
Then, in July I transferred & used some data again. So, Do I need to stop the Data Recurring during that time, again?

Hi. I got a question on the season pass. Yesterday i open 1GB from my season pass and now left 100mb. Can i open another 1Gb before the 100mb finish?

I tried press add on data. It doesnt deduct from season pass.
