does the 500mb will disappear if not used? the answer is not..

so why u say it gonna be wasted... every month when top up rm30 accumulative u get 500mb free.. so if collect it each month u will get more value than u buy...

The main attraction for Xox /One Xox is the 500mb monthly.
And by removing the 500mb....it is shooting itself on the foot.

company ARPU for 500mb is very lower than other subscription, thats why onexox stop the package..

btw if u want to complain, this is the right time to do because they are collecting all the complaints from customers to decide if they want to continue the package or not... go to Soal Jawab Onexox in FB..

but if you want to port out, we can say nothing..

question, mine is already valid for 22mths now, if i buy a season pass 5gb and then activate to use the season pass, my 5gb data is valid until 22mths validity or until my 5gb habis guna, correct?

seasonpass is valid for as long as your number is valid. however, data drawn from seasonpass will be valid for maximum 30 days.

Low ARPU for 500mb ? That is a silly argument because previous data plan valued 500MB at RM18 monthly and new data plans valued 1GB at RM15 monthly. Previous season pass valued 500MB at RM5 and new ones valued 1GB at RM5. No matter how you put it you cannot win this argument. Simply because onexox cannot sell "PREPAID THAT SAVES" and yet want customers to spend more.

Xox mobile no longer have a selling product other than season pass. Its the only way xox mobile makes money by hitching a ride on onexox customers. You think people don't understand that ?

The past 2 weeks xox mobile was trying to sell combo season pass but the dealers told me people already have too much season pass. So how does onexox make people finish their season pass sooner ? Yes, by shooting your own foot.

I call a spade a spade. When onexox is good I tell people it is, when they not so good I tell people as it is ....

I dont topup this no regularly..use it purely for the 28month and only use 500mb per month via season pass previously... hence the word wasted being used

now rm50 10gb, 1gb per month = can last for 10 months also.

there's value if i use more than 500mb per month. But i doubt those existing users that use 500mb/month will feel any value with this.

i need to complain to retain the 500mb/month. Any link to do it?

kudos to XOX management in offering RM50 for 10GB which is 1GB for RM5

now who is willing to bet that XOX management will bring back the 500mb plan monthly..
if you guys/gals think XOX will bring back the 500mb plan..

then we better buy the RM50 for 10GB to keep...buy as much as possible..
Once XOX decide to restore 500mb....

Would like to clarify how the 10GB can be used:
1. How to know the remaining quota?

2. I see explanation in this thread, just want to confirm my understanding:
How season pass work:
- I bought Season Pass 10GB RM50.
- Credit deducted RM50 from my balance
- I have 10GB in my Season Pass "wallet"
- IF I want to use data today, say the 500MB - 30 days, I need to
- Send SMS code 1XD500 to 22111
- 500MB will be deducted from 10GB Season Pass "wallet" = 9.5GB
- Nothing will be deducted from my credit balance - no need to pay (again)
- 500MB data will be available for 30 days, then cut off automatically
- Any balance of the 500MB will be forfeited
- Will it be auto renewed?
- If yes, how to stop the auto renew?
- If I stop the auto renew on the 10th day, will the remaining balance of 500MB (if any) be usable for remaining 20 days?
- If I stop the auto renew, can I still use 9.5GB for example by subscribing again 500MB/30days or 1GB/30days or 2GB/30days -- say 3 months in the future?

* The 10GB season pass is valid up to 28 months if not activated
* If 500MB activated every month, it can last up to 10 months

Hello there,

To do a quick check on Season Pass balance, use short code *132# ..... alternatively short code *150*1# will also show remaining season pass and data plan balance.

Your understanding of how season pass works is correct. However, the new data plans are auto-renewed except daily 1GB plan. I recommend using easy menu *150# to subscribe to your desired data plan and also stop auto-renewal using the same menu.

The 500MB free for RM30 monthly topup promo have been extended until 31st December 2017. You will get the free 500MB within 36 hours of accumulated RM30+ monthly topup. You can also ask for XMC (xox membership club) voucher from your dealer to get an additional 500MB for the first 12 months of RM30 topup.

I experienced momentary loss of coverage (zero bar) on two occasions. Only realised when I tried to use data and web browser told me I was off line. A while later, the signal came back (almost full bar). Yes, there was zero signal.
Anyone experienced the same thing?

All in all, I am quite pleased with the coverage and speed of the network.

SP FATVOICE to 23388 is only valid for new subscriber.
