Occasionally happens when I'm in between two "bubbles" ... celcom has fast dormancy and also affects their mvno ... anyway, overall quality is still good in my area (though it actually depends on celcom BTS working properly).

Sometimes there's delay in receiving sms ... the worst was when they were having the 5GB@RM50 last march ...

Can I check with you how to utilise the season pass voice 333 (for new subscriber)? Is it like SP data where you need to subscribe monthly for it to deduct from your SP balance, or the voice minutes is deducted as long as you make the phone call?

Voice season pass more straightforward - it will simply deduct when you make calls.. no redemption needed

I am doing online seld care, can some one explain what is DA account and MA account?

Dealers here said maybe another 2-3 weeks to re-implement ...

DA = Dedicated account
MA = Main account

DA is for lower calls/sms rates and is used first. When DA finished then MA is used for standard calls/sms rate.
When buy internet plan or season pass, it deduct from MA balance and if not enough then also deduct from DA.

To save on calls, buy voice minute season pass and get 9sen/minute to all local calls excluding premium numbers.
To save on data, buy data season pass and you can get 1GB@RM5

thanks. another question, if we do online topup, the money will go into DA or MA? can the line use if we only have balance in DA?

When you topup (online/direct/voucher) :

RM50 (and above) = everything go into DA
RM30 = rm20 in DA + rm10 in MA
RM10 = rm4 in DA + rm6 in MA
RM5 = rm2 in DA + RM3 in MA

Your number remains active all the way to the last day even if DA and MA is zero balance.

What is wrong with having to topup?its not like when u topup the credit burn just like that...
