Yes, onexox works on either 2G/3G/4G+ ... There are several ways to reload, either through onexox dealers, selfcare website (via bank transfers) or epay terminals (petrol stations, 7-11, etc).

For new subscribers, a minimum topup of rm10 within 24 hours of registration entitles to 28 months validity (updated within 14 days) -or- purchase a FAT Season Pass (immediately updated) -or- total reload of rm50 within 30days of registration (updated within 14 days). For mnp subscribers, they get automatic 28 months validity upon 1st time successful porting.

Received my new SIM card today. Anyone can guide me on how to register the card? I went to xox.com.my/mnp as directed, but cannot see any column to key in my mobile number as mentioned in Step 1.

What happened to this data plan?
Why suddenly change to daily/weekly/monthly plan?

What is the pay per use charge for SMS to same or other telco?

If without any pass purchased.

Onexox just launched new data plan yesterday...this stndard data plan, not season pass...recommended for heavy user...for lite user better choose season pass

Bigger data with cheaper price

Previous data plan 500mb cost rm18, now 1gb is rm3 (daily) or rm15 (monthly)

Previous season pass 5gb cost rm50, now is rm30 + additional 5gb for new user

Btw 500mb will be back

Yes, it is active data

Fren family (10 no all telcos): 2 cent

If go balance in DA account:
Same telco: 5 cent
Other: 10 cent

If no balance in DA, MA will be charged:
Same telco: 10 cent
Other: 15 cent

Btw onexox user will get 150 free sms for 1 year, total 1800 sms valid to same network only

Same telco it means only one xox to one xox? Is Celcom counted?

In order to activate season pass, just purchase any monthly standard data plan, data from season pass will be deducted and credit will remain

I am a bit confused.
I thought once I get my sim activated, I can topup for eg: RM50.
Then use RM30 to apply the season pass 5GB+5GB and use it for as long as my sim expiry allows or until the data finish.
The remaining RM20 + RM5 free I can use for call for as long as my sim expiry allows or until the credit finish.
Am I incorrect?
What do you mean by purchase monthly standard data plan?

Topup 50, total credit rm55

Buy season pass 5gb will get season pass 5gb + 5gb active data for 30 days, credit balance rm 25

Purchase standard data plan is the method to activate the season pass/using internet

If not activate the season pass, it will valid up to 28 months/same as credit validity and internet cannot be used

If u wanna use 1gb, just purchase 1gb data plan, 1gb from season pass will be deducted, no credit deduction

Future onexox users advisable to get the simcard from dealer (got few active dealers here) who can do the registration, follow up & assist for any problem
