Apn name: XOX

APN not automatically set by phone? When I swap my SIM cards (in my phone, only SIM 1 can be used for data), I did not have to do any setting change. Not even when I first purchased the SIM cards.

Just submitted my MNP request online from orange to Onexox. Hopefully it will be a better experience compared to orange. How long does it normally take to complete porting? Website says up to 5 working days (including sending me the new SIM card by post).

Hi how do I MNP my number to XOX but with SP FAT10.
It seems, I can only do this with a new number registration?

Another question, if I purchased a new number RM10.
I get:

But if I MNP, I have to pay RM10.

Each new registration (MNP @ New Number) entitles for purchase of SP FAT10 + SP FAT5 + SP FATVoice (once for each package)

For new number... u need to:
1. Topup RM10 within the first 24 hours OR
2. Topup RM50 within the first 30 days OR
3. Buy SP FAT5 @ SP FAT10 @ SP FATVOICE package...(either one)
to get the 28 months validity...
As for MNP.. you'll automatically get it...

As for benefits (including 5cent/10secs)... all plan (MNP/New Number) will get it...

So for MNP, will lose the RM5 free credit.
If I don't have any SP data subscription, will I be able to access the internet?
I am planning to MNP my number to XOX, it seems I am late to get the SP FAT10 now?

without data subscription u cant access internet as onexox doesnt have ppu

all new user entitle to purchase SP FAT within 10 days upon registration

adviseable to all new users to buy the simcardfrom dealer. easier to track ur simcard, when u wanna proceed the mnp registration, the mnp status, to ask any onexox features

every new user is entitled to purchase SP FAT5 and SP FAT10..you only need to topup enough credit to purchase them in 10 working days...

1. You still get the rm5 credit lar ...

2. SP data is just a data storage wallet. You will take out from SP to subscribe to a weekly/monthly plan to use.

3. You still get to buy SP FAT10 within 10 days of successful mnp activation. What you have to do is topup rm50 and buy SP FAT10 yourself. Easy.

I understand many people believes that you'll have a bit more privacy and much faster and better to do it yourself with online mnp. I had the same thinking before.

After helping few relatives mnp to onexox with a dealer, I see that it is actually faster to mnp to onexox through a onexox dealer and the dealer can track the mnp process for you and re-submit the mnp process if you have any mnp rejection. The mnp process usually completes within 24 hours if there's no problem.

Officially, all previous xox internet data plans have been revoked (xox codes starts with DATA). However there is possibility that onexox old data plans can still be subscribed using sms (onexox codes starts with 1XD). So if anyone wants to try, maybe 1XD500 for 500mb/30days will still work. No, the old codes no longer works.

Submitted my MNP request online yesterday morning. Today, received email saying SIM card has been mailed. This is fast service.

From onexox website, the fat 5/fat10 is no more on offer, only have this:


For new subscribers like me, I understand we can still buy fat 10 once, right?
Any way to test out the 4G data speed before committing the RM50 for fat 10? Buy daily data at RM3?

Beginning 23rd May 2017, all new subscribers are entitled to purchase FAT10@RM50 that includes a free 10GB monthly plan welcome gift. All you have to do is topup rm50 and purchase SP FAT10 within 10 days of successful mnp activation.

Yes, you can also try the 1GB@rm3 daily plan to test drive. Remember to purchase SP FAT10 only after your daily data finishes or you will not get the free 10GB monthly data.

Thank you for your advice, especially on subscribing fat10 after the test drive RM3 data is used up.

Yes, but u will get free extra active data based on the 1st sp fat that u purchase
