Hi,if your current prepaid using 1x-22,this data plan valid for 30 days with auto plan renewal IF....... your prepaid have enough RM22 credit to be deducted.
If your prepaid don't have enough credits,the data plan will be auto terminated after 30 days. You can top up and purchase any of the 4 1x data plans.
If you want to change data plan,you need to terminate the current data plan(Sms DATA END to 22111/23388) and choose any one of the 4 data plans(1x-18,22,35,48)

Active/non expired 1x Prepaid line validity : -
a) You can make send sms if you have sufficient credits
b) You can make calls if you have sufficient credits or have active 1x data plan
c) You can use data if you have active 1x data plan
1x data plan 30 days validity(After promo expired) : - If you have active data plan but your prepaid line expired,you can't make calls or use data.
Every RM1 top up will get 1 day validity stackable if your prepaid line still active.
Now 1x-18 & 1x-22 data plan have promo until further notice....... when you purchase 1x-18 or 1x-22 data plan you will get extended prepaid line validity.
Always check your prepaid line validity(Expiry date) to ensure you can fully used the data plan.
