is the 30gb over 5 years promo still on? the promo is still showing on their website but tnc says for activations by may 15.

The 30GB over 60 months (with RM30 topup) promo has ended on 15th May 2017.

Only subscribers with xox membership club voucher can still redeem the 36GB data over 60 months. The current vouchers need to be redeemed by 31st May. The new vouchers must be redeemed by 31st December. (I'm giving out xmc vouchers with all new registrations with topups.)

I just bought sim card and when I check online it said my validity until 17 Jun 2019. For real? No need to top up until that date?

Yes, the sim you bought will stay active until 17 June 2019. No further topup required even when credit balance is zero.

You just bought it recently? The balance and validity indicates that it has been registered and activated in February 2017.

Just successfully MNP into xox not Long ago. Validity stated can last till 2019 ~ 09 ~ 02. Ma have Rm5. Do I still need to top up to make sure validity is valid ? Or the validity is already active after MNP?

Valaidity is actually already active already for 28 months

All 1st time mnp automatically receives 28 months validity on the 1st day of activation. No further top up required to maintain validity until to the very last day (even with zero credit balance). Do a top up only when needed.
