I am using tunetalk.
Topup RM50, RM30 to extend it per year.
Left RM20, use RM2 for weekly data.
This will last me for 10 weeks, provided that I do not make a call or I don't use more than 100mb per week.
When credit is about to finish, then only top up.
If we forget about that yearly subscription, I spent roughly less than RM10 per month.
How can xox package helps me in my case?

Hi how do I MNP my number to XOX but with SP FAT10.
It seems, I can only do this with a new number registration?

Another question, if I purchased a new number RM10.
I get:
Enjoy Free Delivery of your SIM Pack.
FREE 1,800 FREE SMS*
FREE RM5 worth of Airtime.
28-month validity**

But if I MNP, I have to pay RM10.
I get:
FREE 1,800 FREE SMS*
28-month validity**

So for MNP, will lose the RM5 free credit.
If I don't have any SP data subscription, will I be able to access the internet?
I am planning to MNP my number to XOX, it seems I am late to get the SP FAT10 now?

Do I need to do this when I got my XOX prepaid activated?

I am a bit confused.
I thought once I get my sim activated, I can topup for eg: RM50.
Then use RM30 to apply the season pass 5GB+5GB and use it for as long as my sim expiry allows or until the data finish.
The remaining RM20 + RM5 free I can use for call for as long as my sim expiry allows or until the credit finish.
Am I incorrect?
What do you mean by purchase monthly standard data plan?

Why get season pass then instead of monthly plan?
Unfortunately XOX website does not contain all these information, it is very hard for new user to understand the concept.

Let say refer to this old example with the old season pass, RM50 for 5GB data.
I thought when you said use 500mb every months means I can start using straight away.
It seems that I have to purchase additional 500mb data plan monthly to use the season pass?

Ya, new users often misunderstood how season pass works at first ... but once they grasp the concept they can see the beauty of it ...

Season Pass is like a data-quota bank. You purchase 10GB season pass data and keep in the data bank under your account/number. This month you just want to test-drive, so you use 1GB@rm3 daily subscription to try out. You checked your balance and found rm3 credit deducted. Ok fine, go do test-drive ..... So, you found it good enough and plan to start using it on the 1st of next month.

So, 1st of coming month, you get into the easy menu *150# and subscribe to 1GB@rm15 for 30 days use . Then you checked your balance and found your credit balance exactly the same amount before subscribing to the 1GB/30days plan. Then you noticed that your season pass balance is only 9GB left. Wham! now you understand how season pass works ....

There are many more to learn.
So those things that can be deducted from season pass will not be charged.
Is that correct?
Where did you see this information? It is not there in the website.
How to tell which one can be deducted and which one cannot be?

Hello I need help.
My season pass data is "missing".
I purchased my sim 2 months ago with SPFAT10.
The first month I used my free 10GB data.
The 2nd month I subscribed 1GB per month from Season Pass.
Today (3rd month) I received msg that my mobile data plan renewal has failed.
I checked my season pass counter only left 500MB.
I believe this 500MB is the free one that comes with the sim.

I did not subscribe for 10GB data.
I got 10GB free data (data counter). (1st month)
It is separated from 10GB season pass counter.
When the free data is finished, then I subscribe 1GB/30day from season pass. (2nd month)

That is very weird.
Data is purchased straight from credit.
This is not subscription.
There is nothing need to be renewed.
Furthermore, the 10GB data I got is free, which valid for a month.
When the data is finished, then it is finished. (it is not subscription)
I deducted 1GB/30day from my season pass.
I checked my season pass counter last time became 9.5GB.

I hope xox dealers can clarify.

Here is the conclusion.
The customer support suspected that I did not set AR off.
The customer support believed that the auto renewal has already happened the moment when the free data has finished.
I could not back up my statement.
I don't have old SMS to prove it.

No. My credit is used just now when i make a call. My minutes are still 333.
