Correction to the above ; looks like OneXox Prepaid no longer the cheapest. Just read back previous member posts and T&C no.74 in OneXox website , it seems like new subscribers must top up minimum RM30 every 120 days, so now it'll cost RM90-120 per year to simpan number. Up from RM10-15 earlier this year. Up from FOC many years back. Yeah... this company strategy not sustainable... if later they try to change T&C on Black B10, I just gonna MNP... make complaint MCMC might help, but only temporary solution for a dying company.

So then cheapest telco to simpan number as of mid-2024; Hotlink Pantas 365 is RM30 per year, Digi Super Long life is RM38 per year (subject to promo in app), other telcos can't personally confirm cause never use before.

Onexox 12 months validity package is RM25. Buy this and that clause 74 is not applicable.
So, this is even cheaper than Hotlink Pantas?

Wah last time just 1GB ? OK lah at least now increased 3GB haha... btw if you don't mind sharing, how is your experience with call-out on OneXox ? Do you kena many dropped call/no signal bar inside building?  Mainly I just hoping to use OneXox B10 as dual-SIM backup number for emergency call/data/hotspot, currently main SIM using Maxis Postpaid.

All the time, or some times?
VoLTE or 3/2G?
On VoLTE normally less then 2 secs before connecting, compared to 7-8 secs before on 3G.
Personal experience btw

Ohh didn't realise this, thank you sifu! That means new subscribers no need to layan the 3 years validity promo anymore... they can just port-in and buy 1 year validity for RM25...

Correction to my correction... OneXox Prepaid still cheapest, but now only RM5 less than Hotlink Pantas 365... not sure if worth the risk anymore... scared later Xox change T&C again, gg...

I just port in a number with 18+8 months validity. So this RM30/120 days also applied to new comers? So whats the point of 24 months validity??

Honestly, I have no idea but I would really like to know if there are charges for scanning to transfer the esim from one phone to another.

Just buy RM 25 validity for a year then it solves the problem of reloading RM 30 every 120 days. I think RM 25 is still the cheapest in the market? Or it is not?
