hey guys I'm trying to verify with google but still not received any sms, does anyone know if this is a problem with onexox specifically and may have something to do with people abusing the telco numbers?

Damn, already splurged on the numbers. Do I wait or get new telco?

It works on other website just not google, will wait for 5 days

Called support ask to rectify the problem, now my phone works well for google but I'm not sure if it's because I waited few days or support help me.

Anyway will try with my other numbers if google works for them or if I have to call support again.

hey guys can I know if I can extend my onexox line anytime? Its currently valid for two years, lets say I want to make it ten years do I need to wait two years or I can apply it now?

Is there a way to automate this every year? I have a habit of forgetting things after awhile. Sadly happened too many time with simcard

OneXox getting no service in Indonesia.

I bought onexox for three years plan. However they start sending me the message if I dont reload at least RM30 they will block my number.

My question is, does it mean I cannot call out or will they delete my number and recycle it for other people? Thank you and have a nice day.

Option 1) 75 for each numbers but I'm receiving the need to top up message every 120 days just recently because of the ToS change.

All my numbers have active till 2026 I just checked. Do I still need to do the 1 year or RM30 thing im so confused now lol

Correct I have it when I type #150*1#.

Just a quick update, I decided not to reload and they threatening to terminate my number now if I don't reload before october. so now I have to top up RM150 for 5 different different numbers every 120 days and who knows they might change again.

I bought onexox for the specific reason of keeping the number active and bought in bulk for the 36 months package so I dont have to think to reload every three years. Now I feel like an idiot not just take Digi package which is roughly the same and easier to manage since 1 year but now I also learn that they increase the price(LOL). I guess I'm stuck thinking of when to reload every month now whichever telco I decide to go with

Yeah my bad I wanted to test their system. It was expired to 2026 then one day poof relegated to october 5th 2024. I just bought a code for 1 year.

To put this into context they start issuing a message saying there is no top-up from my phone in July which was weird then by 12 August they blocked my number from call and keep sending the warning messages delaying the date until october 5th 2024.

They gamed me hard since I bought 5 numbers for three year last year(2023) and paid about RM375 for the maximum 3 year validity.

I hope they don't cheat on me after six months they say it will expire within a month again..

Can I know where do I keep up to date with the latest ToS changes?
