want to ask something regarding TAC code.
for online transaction, other banks send the code using sms, but for HLB, it's like a "notification".
i just found out that the notification is shown even though my phone is "locked". is it common or is it my phone's issue?

went to giant, use the new wise card that was send to me. the machine asked me to key in passcode but before i can do anything, the lady just press some buttons, then it said "passcode invalid" or something like that. then it proceed to print out the receipt. the lady then asked me to sign. so much for new features.  |
