Depend on what type of cards.

HL Mach / Essential - 12 swipes can be waive for annual fee
HL Wise - Have to pay for annual fee regardless how much you spend/ how many swipes you used

yes i know, they cant waive the af if there stated in tnc for popular wise card, any successfully waive for those card without condition of waive? for example like gsc/other cards?

I have similar problem like yours over the past 2 months. The petrol station I frequent was suddenly left out of my cashback.

I called the CS and proved the same petrol station has been awarding me cashback for years.

After days of investigations, I was told by the CS that missing cashback has been credited into my account but they will not entertain further missing cashback report from the same station.

WTF of reply is that.

No reason given. CS just told me I got my cashback credited and they will not be responsible if any further dispute from the same petrol station.

My reaction was WTF at that moment but said OK and hung up as I was driving to a meeting.

Guys! Noob question here. If my statement balance is at -Rm300 this month (my mistake where i actually double paid for the previous statement), do i have to spend rm2300 to entitle for the rebate or do i have to spend rm1700 instead?

Monthly rebate scheme not related to statement balance and payments.
You just need to make sure the transactions POSTED in 1/11-30/11 (30 days) >=RM2000.

Not related to spending requirement.
Still need to spend > RM2000 per month.
