Got charge of annual fee(RM160) + SST(RM25) in this month statement. Possible to waive?

Suggest call CS to find out the reason. My petrol cashback never missing.

I checked my Oct statement, found my filling at shell not marked as Petrol spending. I use it at pump.

That cash back was last month spending. I mean this 27th October cash back is refer to September spending like you said. I spoke to the CS, he said my filling at shell were recognized as transactions over the counter.

Oh, all petrol transaction from the same place. So the problem might be on the petrol station
