mytnb portal still not stable,

i added my company acc successfully, but the bill still not showing up.
i cannot even print previous bill

there's no previous bills to see .

guess new system without legacy bills migrated over.

I forgotten to download the previous few bills, any others way to retrieve back previous bill?

I login to my TNB apps, my registered account all missing.. When I try to add account, it shown as under maintenance

Same as my problem last week when it was just up, I managed to do it just now. Anyway, the site is not stable.

Dont expect too much from GICs like TNB n TM, some of the biggest corps in KLSE. I think TM's portal is even worst esp for a ICT corp.

I have made my payments to TNB through UOB payonline Portal on 21st Jul, but up until today i have yet to get any confirmation emails. I am not sure whether i should pay another round. cos it will definitely duplicate payments if the first tranch payments suddenly go through again.

if you payment consists of three transactions and all transactions went through well, then the transaction is there..
cause when uobpayonline can pay tnb on 21st, my first payment got 3x transactions, but sadly only 2x transactions went through, end up that payment not recorded...

then i made separate payment again for the same tnb bill...2 days i got the email...
better ten fingers crossed...

fyi, today received letter that consists of new Wise card from HLB...
however, GSC card dont have...rarely use that GSC card and not sure need sign or straight can use pin...
yeah, i know the GSC card has paywave...but i do not sure "visa paywave"=replace signature with pin

How about HL Connect? Does it show all these transactions?

It show nothing in hlb connect. Haih....

May I know for the minimum 10x swipe, it is based on posting date or transaction date?

For example, I refill petrol using the Wise card on 31 July and posting date on 1 August. That transaction consider as July swipe or August swipe?

No, that's how the calculation of eligible transaction (ie. RM50 x 10) for the month - based on posting date. Not when the cashback will be posted.
