Since my af will be charge on December, i will continue spend 10x for September, do nothing on October, then by November, i should get September CB, then only see to cancel it or not.

There is no confirmation using hlb cc top up bigpay consider as online transaction, right? The first page of bigpay thread mention essential and fortune card which are belong to general retail transaction. Please correct me if i am wrong.
