Yes.
Click on "Manage Account" and then "Add Account". Then, enter your IC, Account number (old 14digit no) and mother name. Done!
I tried this last week but unsuccessful. Maybe it is due to TNB new system is not ready. Today already Ok.

Email to HLB to waive my AF charged on end Jul and getting the reply as below.
Too bad no waiver given but was granted waiver for next year AF if I choose not to cancel the card now.

Just try my luck to get the waiver with the hope HLB will be more lenient with waiver after seeing mass Wise cancelation.
Even though in my email I did not threaten them to cancel if no waiver, HLB automatically offer waiver for next year AF.
Look like they really lose many Wise customer.
