Just bring it to the service centre and mention got suspension noise. Hardly can find anyone here not facing this issue. It is as common like common flu....

Can be any of those :
1) strut bearing
2) lower arm bushing
3) absorber mounting
4) brake caliper play
5) lack of coil spring "cushioning"

Some are lucky get resolved within 1 or 2 visits, mine after 3rd dismantling of front suspension still not fully resolved. In schedule for the 4th fix this month....

mine sounds like something is loose/ metal rattling sound whenever i go over uneven road, especially going up mall car park where they have these stripes on the road. Gong over bumps are fine, i have my lower arm bushing changed. i notice it comes from the front driver side. any idea what problem is that? Thanks!

Brake caliper play is suppose....you can request the SC to remove the front tyres and use a little harder force to shake the caliper a bit...

For mine, when it was done in such a way, can really observe the caliper knocking sound. So the lead technician stuffed in more lube inside the caliper pin chamber so the caliper pin will better "float" in the chamber instead of knocking on the chamber walls.

I'm lucky la....managed to meet a really helpful lead technician from a small franchise dealer which usually isn't busy. Most of the days only have a handful of cars for service despite only 2 service bays. That's how free they are, so got plenty of time to play things around. Best of all, can just walk into the service area and chat with the technicians as they work on the cars, unlike those large SC where it gets cordoned off and off limits to non maintenance staffs.

Or you could just drop by any capable mechanic around your place to diagnose what i mentioned above. Wouldn't cost more than RM50 i suppose.....

Or it could be strut bearing which aren't sufficiently lubed from factory. Look at the work order they gave you, check whether they added coil spring protector and bump stopper.

since everyone is talking about the suspension and all...

My wife's mazda3 2010 ckd sedan is having this long overdue suspension problem, car feels very unstable driving and having this knocking sound going through uneven surface or bump... going over small potholes is a nightmare, the "impact" feels like it just went over a freaking big pothole...

sent the car over to a shop to get it rectify yesterday, told me that i need to change all four absorbers, apparently there's one absorber each on the front and rear that are giving way and i need to replace them in pairs... spring, bush, arms are fine according to them...

Will get the car done by this evening and share you guys some updates.

Are you referring to the GVC model or the HCCI engine?

The GVC model is already released months ago. For the HCCI engine I expect no earlier than 2020 as it will only be launched elsewhere in 2019.

Not many owners want to sell their cars at 2 years. Wait for another year and you should see more second hands.
