The work is really not any big effort for the tuner. If they are confident about their tune they should have no problem getting payment from satisfied customers. If the difference is significant enough it's not even necessary to do a dyno; the owner will feel the difference and pay up willingly. If the owner feel that the difference is insignificant just revert back to stock and both sides lost nothing.

Except time.. If it's easy and so free to do, owners would do it themselves and not need to go to someone else.. Just saying, If I was the tuner, I'd want to get paid for work rendered especially when I know for sure that there's an improvement. Can't just say, oh this improvement is negligible or not worth the cost AFTER the work has been done.. Then I have to spend additional time to revert to the previous condition.. So basically, work twice and not get paid at all, cuz your "feels".. Nah...

The work just involve plugging a laptop into the OBDII and loading a map to override the stock map. Reversing back to stock map is just as easy. Dyno before and after is time consuming and costly so the easier way is to let the owner test and pay only if he wants to keep the new map.

The actual time of modifying the parameters of the map itself that takes time, loading the map into the ECU isn't. The vendor probably just do a one time hard work (or maybe asked someone else's help) to get a reliable tuning map, then just replicate it.

Can, i achieved that when my previous workplace involve a lot of clear roads. I still get ~620km/fill when although averaging around 130km/h on clear open roads.

Just collected my car 2 days ago. Today I notice there’s squeal sound when turning going up or down the ramp.
Does anyone experience the same?

This is the tyre noise when turning on a concrete ramp. It happens with any car but you may not notice it unless you wind down the windows.

i also have this issue, it only happen to me at night when i i'm travelling more than 110km/h and it only light up on the left side, every few second the RVM light will light up and off again

and sc cant check for this issue since they cant reproduce it and the car didn't throw any error codes, the said they take out side side mirror and clean the sensor, so far havent got the chance to try it yet

It looks like low end torque has undergone a significant increase. From the dyno curves alone (I suppose these are wheel figures) it should give a more spirited drive. Maybe experts like wkc5657 can comment more.
*
After discussion with the tuner the low end torque increase (up to 5000 rpm) is about 10%. This is barely noticeable so may not be worth doing.

Anyway they will dyno before and after and you only pay if there is a difference in the curves.
