2nd hand 18" OEM rims with good condition is priced around 1.3k to 1.5k without tyres, it wont be more than 1.8k

18" rims is very heavy, better go for aftermarket 18" if you have the budget tongue.gif

I still kinda like oem rims look nicer haha but 18inch no feel bumpy n noisy meh since msia road so many lubang n road not nice somemore lol tongue.gif

If you want yeng-ness, than go for the harder riding 18in.

If you want slightly better road comfort, go for the 16in lor...but may don't look that nice la...

Wa...2nd hand ori rims so expensive...  mega_shok.gif

I once gatal go ask a reputable seller here for this wheel :
http://konigwheels.com/wheels/flow-formed-wheels/rennform/

Costs only RM2000 for whole set and some more this wheel is lighter by about 25% for 18 x 8 size.

If you read through the details, although it is rather affordable, it is not low quality stuffs. They licensed Enkei's MAT process for this range of rims. So quite a steal  laugh.gif  laugh.gif

i thought that price for 2nd 18" OEM is quite normal, i see bmw rims also around that price drool.gif

the noise is okay for me since i dont come from driving a luxury car, i enjoy the performance and handling of the car more

this car definitely feel bumpier than my vios as the suspension itself is already stiffer couple with low profile 18" tyres

QUOTE(amduser @ Aug 17 2016, 01:38 PM)
c'mon la, those who like mazda will get mazda, the seaweed is nothing to shout about, if you upgrade from B segment then yes, the seaweed is a better car, but those who driven m3 will stay with m3

m3 is a clear win on interior, exterior, handling and driving experience, we dont brag about it because majority of peoples in malaysia is bias towards toyota and honda, go test drive then you will know why

those add-on features for hi spec is subjective to individual, if you dont like it you dont get it, if you like it you get it, i personally find that the extra active safety feature is useful to me, the SCBS help me avoid potential accident a few times, rear view monitoring can even detect motor without headlight at dark road that is usually hard to spot them using your rear view mirror

you can say mazda is stingy about their discount, but m3 is still the most worth to buy in JDM C-segment, priced reasonably at 124k for some of the advanced active safety features that you cant find on other JDM C-segment and dont see many owners complain about defects on their car, that is the same even if you go to international forum, if got defect we can just drive in to sc and get a new part exchange with big fuss except for the time spent in sc

if you want to be calculative, actually the more discount mazda give to their new cars, the lower the resale value of your car, look at VW jetta, almost 50% drop in price last time? that's definitely affect the resale value for those previous owner as well as new owner

i dont know seaweed fansboy is kiasu or what, but comparing a 2016 car with a 2014 car laugh.gif if you like turbo and aircon that blow hot air, by all mean go ahead with civic since the car is faster on straight road, lower ride height and bigger interior for big family

Discount and rv. Really make sense. Opened my eyes.

BMW rim will not fit, the "hole spec" for MAzda3 is different. Even if it looks nice, OEM rims are usually those normal cast wheels which are quite heavy.

From a colleague who bought Mazda 3. His undercarriage has rusted and when he brought back to Mazda apparently it is a common problem.

Mazda 3 CKD or CBU? If bought before May 2015 it is CBU.

Older generation of Mazda does have this problem, very unlikely that the current generation of products have rusting issues anymore. Would be nice that you clarify which year does it belong to.

It works like any normal car you trade in. They give you a value for your old car. If you are not happy with the value try to sell direct.

So what was your average cost per year maintaining your Mazda 3?

4. Claim dead car battery

[INFO] our car original battery is cover under warranty for ONE time of FOC change from wet waterly battery to maintenance free battery while within 3 years or 60k millage . (Whichever come first)
* preferably to be change in bermaz sc, dealer might not entertain / change for you.
* must be original battery that come with your new ride.
Guys is this info still correct? I went to Bermaz Glenmarie and they said the warranty is 1 year or 20,000km for the battery. I'm already past that and don't feel like forking out RM700 for a battery because I don't use the i-stop at all.
