Yeah!, definately. Mind to shared the used car price of cbu and ckd? Because the new cbu was about 20k expensive than ckd.

Now mazda is doing promotion and FL spec as low as 99k, please take note the FL is lower spec that not equiped as much accessories as HS like speedo meter, head up display, blind sport indictor, lane departure assist, leather seat bla bla etc

There's no point buying a used CBU unless you really must have soul red colour. It is less well equipped than than the HS and only slightly better equipped than the GL. The CBU also lacks a reverse camera. It is not better built than CKD as owners complain of rattles which is very rare in CKD. There are great deals for non-facelift GL and HS now.

I beg your pardon.. Civic beats M3 in what kind of tech? android auto and apple carplay? other than that nothing else that I can think of. haha.
*
you know for a lot of malaysians, safety feature is not essential, people like those misc tech like android auto and carplay even though it doesn't work very well, and not to mention those fully digital speedometer and more cup holders laugh.gif

not to mention the T and H badge will give a good impression to uncle aunty laugh.gif

the most useful safety feature in m3 is the RVM and SCBS, it work well in total darkness, especially good in detecting those motor that doesn't have headlight at night

I beg to differ on certain points... Safety features are important and I would never compromise on that. I also value active (RVM, SCBS & SBS, BSM, LDW, etc) safety features over passive ones. I.e. 10 airbags are nice to have, however, I'd rather not have to get involved in an accident where all 10 need to be deployed. Most likely, one wouldn't survive without serious injuries. Android Auto/CarPlay are not misc tech. Just have to supported by the manufacturer and well integrated in to the car's in-dash display. Ask around, people generally avoid using the supplied navigational system and instead, spring for some phone holder/mount to use Maps, Waze, etc. I'm of the market that wants to make full use of the in-dash display and or HUD for such++.. biggrin.gif

As for T & H in Malaysia... What to do... haha.. Auntys and Uncles must be pleased... Don't get me started on RV.. tongue.gif

actually android auto and apple carplay is not only for convenient, it's part of the safety feature.
as you are can use the voice control like siri or google assistant instead of holding your phone and text while driving.

Phone also can use do it without them ma.. Previously there is tweaks for to install Android Auto on MZD. Useless I would say, Google maps is still not that good compare to Waze. Endup I uninstall the android auto, place the phone on the phone holder, use as it.. lagi best...

To text or not to text while driving, it's all up to the driver. Even you have the android auto or carplay, one would still will plays the phone if he / she has the will to do it..

Honestly, if you're looking for a comfort, spacious ride, just go with the Civic.. The Mazda is only good for people who really appreciates the driving dynamic, the fun to drive. You will hate the tyre noise when speeding, the poorly insulated cabin will just always kena ejek by your passenger if they mean to compare with other car... laugh.gif

And "why your car so small one~" hahaha...

oh by the way, go test drive the new Mazda with GVC.. Given the same course, same condition during test drive at Setia Alam, the difference in handling between the 3 and Civic really blows me away... flex.gif

I never try civic but honestly Mazda 3 is good for 2 person ride or 4. And the trunk is really not that big, 2 big luggage and that's it. Anyhow still love my M3 as it's really fun to drive.

Seriously you can feel the different on G vectoring? Man, wish that I could go and feel it myself.

you can definitely feel the different if you are a driver.
30km/h into corner, M3 with GVC is comfortable and you have the confident to go further, in the civic I was like "walau", my wife sitting behind and her head bang the windows. doh.gif

Yes bro. Not that I say Civic is bad, it's still a good handling vehicle. But as I mentioned, given the same course, same condition, same amount of passenger, same speed.. and test the car side by side, you'll feel the difference is so obvious. Even the passenger is affected too.

You won't know when the GVC interfere and kicks in, it's just so smooth when doing cornering.. sad to say, even a newbie also can drive like an experienced driver..

so far the passenger that i fetched didnt complain about the space, only the noise, but the bump at the middle rear passenger is a let down for some

if talk about power and comfort, mazda 6 2.2 diesel has both of it, immediately fall in love the moment i floor the pedal wub.gif wub.gif

There's an Android apps that can mirror your phone to MZD nowadays anyway. No difference from not having Android auto.
