Called their customer service, they said the 10,000 Bonuslink points is given by Bonuslink, not them, asked me to check with Bonuslink. I then messaged the bank using online banking messaging. They replied me saying because I am not new to bank hence not eligible. After that I was unable to reply/send them a message anymore. I dont know whether their system is down or they disable my messaging function

So now I just emailed their customer care. Die die want to get the points

Anyone know any shopping mall (Klang Valley) has Ambank credit card booth? Would like to apply but there's no freebies (too late for 12k luggage)

Previouslly my Citibank card kena fradulent transaction also, in a sudden 12.30 midnight receive sms from bank saying that my card was charge USD1.9K for a travel agency tour booking . Immediately call bank and they blocked my card , and i request to dispute that transaction. After 1 week Citibank credit back the amount to my new card .

It seems like not safe , some of the website like Agoda can charge directly to user credit card without need to key in OTP . Have to be always alert of your card transaction

1 quick question, for Ambank cc all online transaction will receive sms or not? Or only exceed certain amount only will receive?

Online transaction without OTP will receive SMS. But with OTP I think I didn't receive any.

CS told me all online transaction will receive SMS

I just activate my card via sms, it said will receive the temp pin 2 days via sms from now. Based on your experience, when and what time I will receive the temp pin sms?

No pin was asked. They just ask for boarding pass.

Still need to swipe the card anyway.
