I am new-to-bank customer, applied for Visa Platinum and Bonuslink credit card at the same time. They refused to give me 10,000 Bonuslink points as my Visa Platinum was approved one day before the Bonuslink card. They claimed that I am not new-to bank anymore hence not getting 10,000 Bonuslink points vmad.gif

Anyone encountered this before?

feel cheated cause their customer service officer whom I applied the credit card with, assured me that I will be getting the 10,000 points. If not because of the 10,000 points, I wouldn't have signed up for Bonuslink card.

I have never called to activate online usage but my online transactions can always go through sweat.gif
Now I am a bit worried

Called their customer service, they said the 10,000 Bonuslink points is given by Bonuslink, not them, asked me to check with Bonuslink. I then messaged the bank using online banking messaging. They replied me saying because I am not new to bank hence not eligible. After that I was unable to reply/send them a message anymore. I dont know whether their system is down or they disable my messaging function sweat.gif

So now I just emailed their customer care. Die die want to get the points ranting.gif

Not yet. they have forwarded the issue to the relevant department. I was asked to wait for feedback.
