I did not find anything about declaration or require something. However, the HR told me that once they receive the medical report, they will then issue the pass and I can start working.

They did not recommend me anything about which clinic to go and also say anything about the expenses. I have just sent them a mail asking about any recommendation and the expenses. Will wait and see what they say.

Do you know normally how long it takes for the report to be done?

In-Principal Approval
Is a letter stating that your pass has been approved.
Inside it contains various information such as name,
passport, company, FIN, pass duration, salary etc.

IPA is useful as it is the main reference for various things including
banks, rental, mobile etc. before working in SG.

My EP was approved . But I did not received IPA. Why is that?

You won't receive anything, the HR person must download the IPA from MOM site
and send to you for your reference / print etc. Check with the HR person to
download and send to you.

Have you got IPA with you? If not, ask them to send you a copy for you to double-check,

I didn't see Declaration under Medical. However, there is a declaration part for Employee and Employer. For the employee part it consists of my details including my job and salary those.

What does it say under "Medical"?

Is 0.15 x ( salary + comission + etc etc taxable income ) x months of working , as long as u stil not able to tax as normal resident

There is only a Medical Examination Form saying

This form to be completed by qualified doctor and returned to the foreign employee.

Foreign employee must produce his/her passport and and the IPA letter from the MOM oto the doctor.

The foreign employee must submit this report to MOM during card registration.

After that it's my personal particulars and section to be filled be doctor.
