The IPv6 is working perfectly on my Huawei WS880, so if there is any IPv6 hiccups, it is on your side and not TM's.

Is it possible to log into a different account with higher speed with the existing modem?
Current is BIZ 5 plan and the one I'd like to log in to use is a Advance 30 plan.

One thing I know is the current area supports 30mbps bandwidth for sure. TM called me to upgrade before.

You should ask clearly before you signing it. As i know, early termination for Hypptv got penalty and Unifi & Hypptv come with bundle. No way for you choose to Unifi only

Guess what, no matter how details u ask there will be always something u have no idea to ask. Just checked with them, the hypptv come with 12 months contract while the unifi come with 24 months, (other services they provided also come with contract). Terminate more than 1 year but less than 24 months u are not penalized for the hypptv...this make more sense, the front counter staff just not professional enough to say I need to pay >RM1k to terminate.

Thank you for contacting TM.

Referring to your e-mail dated 10th September 2016 pertaining to the connection issue. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Kindly be informed that the speed of Unifi service is based on "best effort" policy. "Best effort" describes a service that is provided without any service level assurance.

Unifi subscribers should receive at least 80% of the subscribed speed within TM domain and subject to certain factors. If the speed falls below 80%, TM will investigate it as a fault and restore the connection accordingly.

However, based on attachment provided we found that you have received 80% of the subscribed speed.

For any further assistance or feedback, kindly e-mail us at help@tm.com.my. Alternatively, you may also contact TM at 100 (charges for calls from mobile services apply according to Telco providers).

We look forward to serve you better.

Yes, few months ago still 32Mbps. I don't torrent, only streaming. Anyway, I'm not alone so can live with it since I'm using it alone.

I never got connected to hypptv since I first subscribed to Unifi years ago. Only now I noticed they itemised the charge for Unifi & hypptv. And apparently there's no wifi enabled set top box for Unifi. I'm getting out as soon as my contract expires.

UniFi and HyppTV come as package, you cannot leave out HyppTV. I have never installed too but still forced to pay RM 30 every month. dry.gif
