That is correct.Unifi uses different VLAN tags to isolate the bandwidth dedicated to IPTV and the bandwidth dedicated to the Internet.
They don't share bandwidth as what GHOSTVIC has misunderstood.

QUOTE(wuszhtag @ Jul 23 2016, 11:43 PM) hi guys, You should open a new thread detailing your problem instead of posting it in this Unifi-specific thread.just received Tenda F3 and i went to the official website, downloaded the latest firmware and bammmmm, i lost my unifi connectivity setup. apparently the latest firmware doesn't support unifi setup. if anyone using tenda right now managed to get their hands on firmware that support unifi, can help pass to me? or let me know the firmware you are using right now that works with unifi? i forgot to screenshot the firmware version. the last digit. latest firmware F3 Firmware V11.13.01.23_EN below didnt support unifi/maxis/iptv. [attachmentid=7161417] That way, you will get noticed by people who can help you. |

Why is there a discussion on DSL blinking light on modem in a Unifi thread?
Am I missing something here? |

Why is it that I don't have a problem with no access or slow access in Unifi?

I now have 3 routers too.
My current one, Huawei WS880, a TP-Link and an Asus. Oops! I forgot about my TM-supplied router, an Innatech RG4332, which I retired it on day one. So I have four routers. |

QUOTE(mztang52 @ Aug 28 2016, 08:41 AM) Ok. Still the possibility of this problem happening is high.I cant watch a youtube video smoothly while the IPV6 is on. If it happens to you, it doesn't mean it applies to everyone. Please be careful next time not to make pronouncements like this. Newbies may get the wrong idea that they are not supposed to enable IPv6 in their routers. |
