Call 100 to ask them to reset port and still not fixed, get them to open a case and get a technician to come over. Nobody can tolerate 3Mbps.

Well, it's been awhile. First time using them will get 1~2Mb higher unless the lag spike up during speed test then will go even higher than advertise speed. Few months later they usually hard cap the speed 1~2Mb lower.

This is mine, using LAN cable, my upload speed for some reason is unstable from start to end and my download speed spike up to 19.03Mb as soon as the test starts and the speed lock at 19.03Mb all the way from start to the end :

I accidentally deleted my email earlier from TM Takeout thinking it was spam.

Its ugh... unstable for me on wifi speed spiking up and down all the time. Need to delete bad results. This is the best I got.

First thing first, call to reset your port. If it is still happening, open a case and get technician to come. They may replace your router or do some configuration.

What router are you using ? Did you try speed test on other phone as well re setup your router ?

I think earlier he shared from his PC, the second screenshot looks from my mobile phone.

If it's really just TM doing some maintenance, it will be good if they come up with a system that notifies us of an impending downtime due to maintenance, at least an email notification or SMS.

FU Policy

What it essentially means is that the service provider decides an arbitrary usage limit for their tariff plan and drops the speed of the connection when you hit that limit

According to regulations, the service provider has to intimate the end user when 80 percent of their usage under FUP has been reached.
